PKR 555 Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the PKR 555 platform — including the website, mobile app, games, sports betting features, live casino, bingo rooms, and fish games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of PKR 555, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone using the PKR 555 Android app. Use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use PKR 555, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Creating an account using false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact number, is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance — including deposits and winnings — held in a fraudulently registered account may be forfeited.

Once your PKR 555 account is created, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details linked to your account.

• Do not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your PKR 555 account — each account must only be used by the registered individual.
• If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact PKR 555 support immediately.
• PKR 555 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including all bets placed, games played, and transactions made. PKR 555 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features on your account.

PKR 555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are processed and displayed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit Card — Pakistani-issued debit cards
• Mobile Wallets — other supported Pakistani mobile wallet services

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit. PKR 555 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits from accounts registered in another person's name are not permitted and may be reversed. PKR 555 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawal requests from PKR 555 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification status.
• Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing times.
• PKR 555 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Network or service fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, PKR 555 may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation of your registered payment method. This is a one-time process and is done to protect your account and comply with platform anti-fraud procedures.

Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

PKR 555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses for sports betting, live casino, and bingo, daily deposit bonuses, reload offers, free bingo tickets, and a referral programme. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Standard wagering requirements on PKR 555 range from 20x to 40x depending on the promotion type.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only and can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and do not carry cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games may contribute a lower percentage toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from your account.
• PKR 555 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all related accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Referral bonuses are credited once your referred friend has registered a verified account and made their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonus amounts and conditions are detailed on the Promotions page.

All games and betting markets on PKR 555 — including sports betting, live casino, bingo, fish games, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on PKR 555's sports betting section, including cricket markets (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), football, and Esports, are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at live odds and are final once confirmed. PKR 555 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error in odds display has occurred.

Live Casino: Games in the live casino section — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, and game shows — are operated in real time. Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed, the outcome is final. Disconnections during a live casino session do not automatically void bets already placed in that round.

Technical Faults: In the event of a platform technical fault, server error, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PKR 555 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player accounts. Where the outcome of a game can be determined from available data despite a technical fault, the game result will stand.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• Winnings from games and settled bets are credited to your PKR 555 account balance automatically.
• PKR 555 does not accept responsibility for bets or game sessions where the player has voluntarily disconnected from the session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR 555 and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any associated balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using someone else's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human process to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live casino or bingo, to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials or chargeback abuse.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorised third-party access to your PKR 555 account.
• Claiming the same bonus offer multiple times through duplicate accounts or fraudulent methods.

PKR 555 actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns of activity. Where a violation of these prohibited conduct rules is confirmed, the platform will close the account, void any associated bets, and forfeit the account balance. PKR 555 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant financial institutions.
